The Ukrainian version of Forbes magazine analyzed the local digital market and published the list of the 20 most successful Internet business leaders in its September issue. The companies were assigned to the following categories: e-commerce, web services and Internet media.
The biggest piece of the Ukrainian Internet market cake belongs according to Forbes, as expected, to the E-Commerce leader Rozetka, which was grounded 2004. 2012 the biggest Online Shop of the country made profit of $270M. Forbes also emphasized that there is a huge gap between Rozetka and other industry competitors. The second place got the online tickets service Tickets.ua , which is the most favorite online platform where users can buy low-cost tickets for different means of transportation. 2012 the company made profit of $120M, which is twice less than the E-Commerce leader.
As to the web-services, here is the definite top player All.biz, one of the biggest trading platforms, which connects and presents businesses from 89 countries worldwide and has more than 265M visitors per year. 2012 its revenue was $15M, which makes it to the top online corporationscorporations in business sector.
